A Fun Saturday...

May 30, 2009...Mommy took Jack & me to a Safety Expo.

My Trip to Hilton Head Island...

May 22-29, 2009...Daddy & Mommy took me to Hilton Head Island, SC for a week! I had lots of milestones occur while on vacation! May 22-I slept through the night for the first time ever!!! I slept from 9:30pm to 6:30am!!! Daddy, Mommy, & Jack were especially happy because we were all sharing a room. I learned how to wave during the week. And on May 29-I cut my very first tooth!!! It is my bottom middle left tooth! Other than that, I got to see my cousins Crosby & Charlie, Uncle Mike & Auntie Jo Jo, Uncle Matt & Sara, and Grammy & Grandpa! We went to the beach almost every day. My favorite part of the beach was playing in the tide pools and trying to eat the sand. I also loved going to the pool. It was very relaxing. I also tried some new foods while on vacation...butternut squash and applesauce. I had a very good time, and I especially enjoyed my morning naps on Grandpa's lap at the beach. May 19, 2009...Here I am all snuggled up in my bath towel that Nana made for me. I love taking a bath!!!

I'm 8 Months Old!!!

May 17, 2009...I am now officially eight months old! I am a pretty happy baby overall. I like to eat baby food now...sweet potatoes (my favorite), carrots, oatmeal, bananas, and prunes. Not a big fan of avocado, but Mommy hasn't given up hope. I like to drink water out of my very own sippy cup. I am trying hard to learn how to sleep through the night...this crying it out thing is tough! I still like to chew on anything I can get my hands on. My favorite book is still Little Ladybug. I don't really have a favorite toy, but I do like to play with anything that Jack is trying to play with. Sometimes this drives him crazy!!! I like to go for rides in the stroller, play with Jack, chew on everything, see Grandpa, be held and snuggled, be tickled, take baths, and get attention from everyone. I can clap my hands, and I am trying to learn how to wave. I'm not ready to crawl yet, but I am leaning forward while sitting a lot more. No teeth yet, but they must be coming in soon. I have lots of hair coming in. I'm getting cuter every day!
