Strawberry Picking & VIDEO...

April 30, 2010...Today Grammy & Grandpa took Jack, Mommy & me to pick strawberries. This was so much fun! I loved picking the strawberries, and the best part was tasting them!!!

We picked 10 pounds of strawberries!!! (Only 5 lbs in the picture).

I'm Nineteen Months Old!!!

April 17, 2010...I turned nineteen months old today!!! Can you believe it? I am as much of a character as ever. No new major milestones to report. I have about 10 teeth...new ones trying to break through and are just driving me crazy! I'm trying to talk up a storm! Some new words in my vocabulary are..."messy, I see, outside, inside, upstairs, downstairs, sharp, chip, hug, bite, purple, blue, grape, hippo, sleepy, juice, pasta, jeep, Dada work, necklace, sit, peekaboo." When you ask me what my name is, I can say, "Reese." I also started calling my paci a "paci-boo". I like to talk and sing. I like to sing a song that Jack sings at school. I can sing, "Jack, Jack, jump up and down....jump up and down. Please sit down." It's pretty cute. I also love the songs The Wheels on the Bus; Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes; Centerfield; and ABCs. I want to do everything that Jack does, and I like to follow Mommy, Daddy, Jack, Grammy, and Grandpa around when I am with them. I'm a little shadow. I love to be read to, and some of my favorite books right now are Wonder Pet books; The Wheels on the School Bus; Dear Zoo; Animals; Dog; and Colors. My favorite foods are smoothies, black beans, crackers, applesauce, pasta, broccoli, yogurt, shredded cheese, granola bars, and oranges. I love being with Jack and the rest of my family; playing outside and seeing our neighbors Camden, Nolan, and Wyntur; going to the library, getting books and sitting in the little chairs all by myself to read them, and going to Rhyme Time; going to the YMCA while Mommy works out and seeing all my friends (the staff - K. Pai, Darrell, Jo); making a mess; going to Grammy & Grandpa's house; seeing Daddy after work and playing with him; going for walks; getting into things and opening things; taking bubble baths; brushing my teeth; and being held and snuggled. I'm a good boy and just so much fun!

Spring Sprint #2...

April 17, 2010...I got to go to a 5K race today with Daddy, Mommy, and Jack. The last time I did this race, I was in Mommy's belly! It was at the school where Mommy used to teach. Her former students really like me. They want to talk to me and hold me. Daddy & Mommy pushed us in the jogger the whole way. Here I am with the Chick-Fil-A cow.

April 16, 2010...I discovered something really

great today...a caterpillar!!! I saw him moving

in the grass and showed Mommy. I was fascinated

by the caterpillar for probably 20 minutes.Look!

Easter Egg Hunt #1

April 3, 2010...Today, I went to visit Gigi, Uncle Rob, Aunt Lori, cousins Lindsey, Kathryn & Richard. Gigi was visiting for the weekend, and Nana was visiting, too! Nana is staying with us, and Gigi is staying with Uncle Rob & Aunt Lori. They had an Easter egg hunt for Jack & me. I loved finding the eggs, and I especially loved discovering chocolate. I even walked around saying "chok-lit". As you will see below, I really think chocolate is the best thing ever!!! Later, we had a surprise birthday party for Mommy! Looking for eggs...
