June 20-27, 2010...We took a vacation to Duck, NC, in the Outer Banks! We stayed with some of Daddy's college buddies and their families. We had such a blast!!! Here are some pictures from my first vacation of many this summer...

June 19, 2010...We went to Grammy & Grandpa's house this afternoon to give Grandpa his Father's Day present and for Jack to open more birthday presents. Of course, Grammy & Grandpa had to get me a "little" something, too!!!

June 19, 2010...My big brother Jack is turning four. He had a really cool birthday party today. Lots of his friends came. I also got to see lots of family, too...Grandpa, Grammy, Uncle Matt & Cherri, Great Uncle Rob, Great Aunt Lori, and my cousins Lindsey, Kathryn & Richard. Everyone played with me, and though it was overwhelming with all the people, I had lots of fun!

I'm Twenty-One Months Old!!!

June 17, 2010...Did you know that I'm now twenty-one months old? I'll be two before you know it! This may be a shorter update than usual because Mommy has been behind on the blogs, and she wants to make sure she puts down the right info about me. I'm still trying to talk more and more every day. I love to copy/repeat/mimic everyone. Some new things I'm saying are..."my turn", peanut butter, apple juice, higher (on the swings), hiccups, pocket, Daddy's car keys, blue, red, green, yellow, purple, quarter, "watch a show", Backyardigans, and all the names of the Backyardigans...Tasha, Tyrone, Uniqua, Pablo, and Austin. When you ask me my name, I still say, "Jack Austin." Daddy, Mommy, and Jack are very amused by this...especially Jack. I also still like to try to sing "Happy Birthday." I like to be read to...no new real favorites, just the regulars...Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you See?; Where's Spot; Snuggle Wuggle; Wiggle Waggle; Animals; Time for Bed; and The Michigan Wolverines 123 Book. I will sometimes watch part of "The Backyardigans" with Jack. I'm still a picky eater, but I've been eating eggs more and more. I still love crackers, snacks, apple juice, mac & cheese, pork, applesauce, black beans, hummus, strawberries, blueberries, and burgers. I still love to carry keys around, and I will do anything to get Mommy & Daddy's keys. I like to play hide-and-seek with Mommy & Jack. What do I love most of all...being snuggled, cuddled, and adored by those who love me. I love attention!
