My Trip to Orlando & VIDEO...

July 11-18, 2010...Grammy & Grandpa took Mommy, Jack & me to Orlando, FL, for a week! We drove all the way there. We had so much fun together. I liked going to the pool, visiting Gigi, seeing Auntie Jo Jo & Charlie, and most of all, going to Disney World to the Magic Kingdom!!!

Here are some pictures from my trip...and you'll notice that my "paciboo" and blanket were with me everywhere I went.

I'm Twenty-Two Months Old!!!

July 17, 2010...I am now 22 months old! We are in Orlando, Florida, right now, so Mommy can't take my monthly lion pictures. One of the newest things about me is that I am getting four new teeth...all at once. They are my upper and lower cuspids, and they really hurt! I hope they come all the way in very soon. Other changes? Well, I'm just talking more and more every day. I say funny things like..."Hey Mommy, I got a home run!" and "Watch this, Mommy!" and "I need water, Mommy!" Everything I say usually ends with the word "Mommy." I am getting better at communicating my needs, and that is very helpful. My favorite books right now are my Thomas book with songs; Brown Bear, Brown Bear; and Mommy Carry Me Please. I like to watch "The Backyardigans" with Jack, though I won't sit for the whole 20 minutes. I'm sometimes a very picky eater (like right now since I'm teething). My favorite foods are any kind of crackers, eggs (YAY!!!), bananas, popsicles/ice pops, shredded meat/pork/chicken, rice, pretzels and hummus, blueberries, and strawberries. My favorite drink is apple juice. I like to sing, and I can sing my ABCs and "Hello Everybody" and I mumble many other songs. I really like music. I love my blanket and "paciboo", and I take them wherever I go. I still love to be held, picked up & carried around, and cuddled. I love...going to Grammy & Grandpa's house, going to the pool, being read to, doing whatever Jack is doing (which can drive him crazy), building towers and "knock it down!!", taking baths, brushing my teeth, playing outside, trying to play baseball, playing with Mommy's old Little People, climbing the stairs, following everyone around, going to the Y and seeing K. Pai, getting tickled, seeing Daddy after work, getting Daddy's keys and trying to put them in the lock on his car trunk, playing with all keys, singing songs, talking, being silly, and getting into everything! I keep Daddy & Mommy busy, but they are loving every minute of it!

My Trip to Michigan!!! & VIDEO...

June 30-July 5, 2010...Mommy took Jack & me to visit Nana in Holland, MI! Daddy flew up a few days later. We all had a blast. I loved being with Nana. My cousins, TJ & baby Michael, and Uncle Michael & Auntie Lish came to stay, too. Thanks for a great visit, everyone!!!

Nana gave Jack & me a spa bath! She lit her candles,

filled the tub with bubbles, let us use her soaps, and

even had warm towels for us afterwards!!! What a treat!

July 2, 2010...Nana & Mommy took us to the Grand Rapids

Children's Museum. I'm in a car pulling up to deposit some

money at the bank.

This was probably my most favorite exhibit at the museum.
