Magic Tree House...

August 6, 2012...Mommy came to check on me before going to bed.  This is what she found...me asleep with my flashlight still on and the Magic Tree House book that we are reading. 

And this is the book that we are reading...Revolutionary War on Wednesday.  Before going to sleep tonight, I told Mommy, "I hope Jack and Annie get off the boat on the Delaware River."  Mommy said, "Why?"  I replied, "So they can go on another mission."  Amazing!  We are on the 22nd book, and we have read all the ones before this one!!!!

My Arm...

August 2, 2012...This morning, while Mommy was getting ready to work out, I was playing and got my arm (from a couple inches above my elbow all the way down to my hand) caught in a toy Weeble tree house.  (See picture below).  My arm got stuck in the elevator shaft.  After about 20 minutes and a Tootsie Roll Pop, Mommy and some other people were able to turn the tree house in a way that we could get my arm out!  I was a little scared throughout this situation, but I held it together pretty well.  What an adventure!

I was pretty proud to show people my sore red arm, which happened to be my left arm.  My big brother Jack broke his left arm in June.  I guess I wanted to have a hurt arm like him.

Summer Movie Series...

July 31, 2012...Today we went to the movies for our Tuesday summer movie. We saw "Alvin & the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked". Grammy has been taking us on Tuesdays to see movies while Mommy works in the morning. Grammy used to take Mommy to the movies in the summer when she was a little girl. Here is the theater we go to.

Thanks for taking me to the movies, Grammy!  I love you!

July 30, 2012...Jack & me!  I love my brother so much!   Yesterday I told him that I loved him more than anyone else in the whole world.

Worn Out!

July 29, 2012... I had a big day of swimming at the pool today!  The coolest thing is that I learned how to swim down and retrieve things from the bottom of the pool.  First, I swam down and picked up my Orca whale about 50 times, and then I moved on to getting my little torpedos.  I had so much fun that I completely wore myself out.  I fell asleep on the sofa about 10 minutes after I got home.  This is the life!

Last Day of Rookie Sports Camp...

July 27, 2012...I had a blast at Rookie Sports Camp this week.  We got to play soccer, basketball, and baseball.  I loved my counselors and had so much fun being a camper.  I was on very good behavior every day, and I was the littlest of all the campers.

Wacky Wednesday...

July 25, 2012...Today is Wacky Wednesday at camp!  We are supposed to wear a sports jersey.  I picked out my Atlanta Braves jersey and baseball cap, and then I remembered I had baseball pants, too!

Reese Overton...

January 29, 2011...I have decided that my new nickname is "Reese Overton."  Mommy and Daddy have no idea where that came from, but they think it's pretty funny! 

Potty Training Update 3

Tuesday, January 24, 2012...I wore underwear for the entire day today and stayed dry!!!!!!  I went pee pee in the potty at the YMCA, Moe's, and at home!  I even took an hour and 15 minute nap and stayed dry in my diaper!!!  I might be getting the hang of this!

January 22, 2012...I used the potty two times today at home (the last after a 4 1/2 hour stand-off)!!!  I'm making progress little by little!

January 16, 2012...I went pee pee in the potty for the very first time today!!!!!!!!  Afterwards, Mommy took me to Target, and I picked out a new train and brand new big boy underwear!  Go me!!!!
